Flash Notification on Call and SMS is a free android app to let you inform about important calls and sms notifications without ringing or vibrating the phone.
When someone calls, a pop-up bubble on your phone will alert you with a name and information about the caller. You can also message the caller to let them know you are aware of the call. If you don't have time to answer, you can let your phone go to silent mode instead.
SMS and call alerts can be sent in many ways, including on your home screen, notification center, lock screen, and lock screen. They can also be set to go off on a schedule and stay on for a limited time.
